Decent results, mixed experience
My experience at Eugenix Hair Sciences was okay but not exceptional. Dr. Arika Bansal, Dr. Pradeep Sethi and the team were fantastic. The DHI procedure (4000 grafts) went fine, but the aftercare communication was lacking. I had questions during recovery and it took days to get responses. At 14 months post-op, results are decent β noticeable improvement but not as dramatic as I'd hoped. The facility and staff were fine, I just expected more hand-holding for the price I paid. Might be worth considering if you're an experienced patient who doesn't need much guidance.
